Af ter discussion with the staf f, and in response to your requests in References 1 and 2, enclosed are revised pages to the CNS Safeguards Plan and a report of change.
As discussed in Enclosure 1, all security plans are being combined in one Safeguards Plan and the necessary binders are also provided.
Six complete copies are enclosed.
