SEQUOYAll NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - UNIT 1 - REACTOR CONTAINMENT BUILDING INTEGRATED LEAK RATE TEST (CILRT)
Enclosed is the summary technical report on the CILRT for SQN Unit 1 conducted December 17-20, 1993. This report is being submitted for your review in accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix J Sections V.B.1 and V.B.3.
The "as-found" and "as-left" acceptance criteria is 0.1875 percent per i
day.
The reportable as-found mass lerk rate for the CILRT was 0.1980 percent per day and was attributed to the breakage of 0-ring seals on Penetration X-79B that occurred during replacement of the penetration flange approximately two weeks before the conduct of the CILRT.. The reportable as-left leak rate was 0.1306 percent per day.
