50-328 In a November 24, 1982 letter to you, we provided notification of the planned relocation of, as well as the basis for the relocation of, the igniters in the ice condenser upper plenum (ICUP) for the Permanent Hydrogen Mitigation System (PHMS). Enclosed is a figure which provides the as-installed locations for the igniters in the ICUP for the PHMS.

The figure also provides the planned locations of the four additional igniters required by the unit 1 operatin6 license ocndition 2.C.(22).D.1.
