50-278 (Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 & 3)
CERTIFICATION S. L. Daltroff, being first duly sworn, deposes and states as follows:
1.
He is Vice President of Philadelphia Electric Company, Licensee under Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56 for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2
& 3, and is authorized to make this Certification on behalf of Licensee.
2.
The Updated Final Safety Analysis Report, which is filed herewith, updates the original Final Safety Analysis Report submitted as part of the License Application for Peach Bottom Units 2 & 3 on August 31, 1970, as necessary to reflect information and analyses submitted to the Commis-sion or prepared pursuant to Commission requirement since the submittal of the original Final Safety Analysis Report.
Changes made under the provisions of 10 CFR 550.59 for the period covered by the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report have been previously submitted to the Commission.
3.
The Updated Final Safety Analysis Report brings the Final Safety Analysis Report up to date as of at least
