Washington, D.C. 20555 Mr. Felton:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Infornation Act 5 USC Section 552 as t ended and the provisions of 10 CFR part 9, the undersigned hereby requests the following items:
A. All docmr.cnts, reports, evaluations or correspondence since 1979 concerning labor unions, strikes or misconduct by unions or their nembers at the Terry Nuclear Power Plant in Ferry, Ohio. I request any such correspondence between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Conmission, the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Cor:pany and inspectors at the plant.
B. All docunents, reports, evaluations or correspondence since 1980 discussing construction defects, design errors or quality assurance problems involving L.K. Comstock Co. of Danbury, Conn. at the Ferry plant.
Includdd in this request are any and all correspondence between the Nuclear Regulatory Connission's quality assurance personnel to the executive director for operations, the office of nuclear reactor regulation and the office of inspection and enforcement.
I request that ny newspaper be nade aware of any and all costs for these naterials if a charge is to be placed.
