Dear Mr. Felton:
On behalf of the Sinnissippi Alliance for the Environment, I hereby request the belcw enumerated documents pursuant to the provision of the Freedan of Infornation Act, 5 U.S.C. Section 552:
1.
All inforuntion pertaining to Westirghouse D4/D5 steam generators installed in the nuclear generating plant at Krysko, Yugoslavia, with particular reference to tube ruptures, denting, tlunning, leaking, ficw-induced vibration, turbulent buffeting and any other failures; 2.
All literature which relate to the maintenance and/or refueling outages of the Krysko Plant as pertains to eddy current tests and inspection of the above mentioned steam generators; and 3.
Items one through twenty-one on the attached Appendix referenced in file number FOIA-82-167.
I believe the above request qualifies for a waiver of fees since the infor-mation is requested for use in a licensing hearing, and its use is therefore in l
the public interest.
If, however, you do not grant a fee waiver, then please consult me if duplicating costs exceed $25.00. You may reach me at (815) 987-5760 during regular office hours. Also, if at all possible, I muld appreciate your expediting my request, since time is of the essence.
