Pursuant, to D.F.R. 42.715(c), we representatives of the Town of Rye understand that we are not required to take a. position of any issue, and will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to participate and to introduce evidence, interrogate witnesses, and advise the Commission with respect to any issues of relevance to our town, including those associated with emergency preparedness.
