Dear Sir:
In the above referenad letters, PECO Energy Company (PECO Energy) submitted, in '
accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, Technical Specification Change Requests (TSCRs) 92-06,93-04 and 93-27 which requested changes to Appendix A of the Peach Bottorn Atomic Power Station (PBAPS) Operating Ucenses. The proposed changes concern the removal of references to the Service Platform Holst, the recalibration of pressure switches using reactor thermal power instead of turbine first stage pressure and.
changes to Table 3.2.F to accurately describe the main stack high range and reactor building roof vent high range radiation monitors.
PECO Energy hereby requests that our original submittals be revised such that the submitted page 39 for Unit 2 and 3, and pages 77a and 229 for Unit 3 only, be deleted and replaced with the attached revised page 39 for Units 2 and 3, and pages 77a and 229 for Unit 3 only. These pages are being revised to incorporate a recently approved amendment and minor administrative changes. This issue was discussed between Ken Graff (PECO Energy) and Steve Dembek (NRC) on March 9,1994.

March 11,1994 Page 2 We have determined that these revisions do not alter our evaluations of any of the 10 CFR 50.59 standards, and therefore, do not affect our conclusion that TSCRs 92-06, 93-04 and 93-27 do not constitute an unreviewed safety question. Also, we have concluded that the proposed revisions do not affect the information supporting a finding of No Significant Hazards Considerations and the information supporting the EnvironmentalImpact Assessments.
