Attachment 1 is the requested change and is taken verbatim from your tele-copied letter (G-83010). Note that the format for incorporating the change into the Technical Specification has been left to your office per your reques t.
Attachment 2 is the text of the original relief request (P-83001) which we transmitted on January 3,1983. This attachment is submitted for reference purposes. ct The provisions of the Technical Specification change request have been re-viewed by the Plant Operations Review Comittee with the finding that the change is safety significant because it involves a Technical Specification change, but that the change is not an unreviewed safety question. The change was also reviewed by the Nuclear Facility Safety Committee with affirmative acticn.
