The representatives of the Town of Hampton Falls assert that their town is located within ten miles of the Seabrook site,* and has vital interests in the Board's review of emergency preparedness plans for the site.

Pursuant to C.F.R. 2.715 (c), we representatives of the Town of Hampton Falls understand that we are not recuired to take a position of any issue, and will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to partici-pate and to introduce evidence, interrogate witnesses, and advise the Commission with respect to any issues of re'levance to our town, in-cluding those associated with emergency preparedness.
