I am writing to confirm our telephone conversation today in which you agreed to extend the deadline for NECNP's answers to your interrogatories to January 21.

As I explained, I have been ill with the flu and will be unable to complete the responses by the 17th.

With your consent and that of Bob Gad, I telephoned Judge Hoyt this afternoon and obtained her approval of the extension.
