Enclosed is a copy of the Owner's Data Report (Form NIS-1) for the eddy current examination of the Davis-Besse Steam Generators and the Owner's Data Report (Form NIS-1) for the Davis-Besse Weld Supports, Bolting, and Component Inservice Inspection Program examinations which were completed during the Davis-Besse 1982 Refueling Outage. These reports are submitted in accordance with the requirements of Article IWA-6000 of ASME Section XI.
