Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan; Report of Change to Incorporate Revision number one.

The purpose of this letter is to advise your office that due to construction delays in completion of the Cooper Nuclear Station Emergency Operations Facility, the tnmporary security measures as specified in Attachment "H" of the Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan, Volume one, Revision 2 will be extended until approxinately April 1983 when the construction should be complete. Pursuant to discussions with J. A. F. Kelly, Chief of Physical Security Region IV this letter will serve to advise the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of the extention in lieu of a 10 CFR 50.54(P) Report of change due to the temporary and minor nature of the change.
