Revision to Report Number 18, Submitted February 14,1994 Goottomon:

Attached is the revised Poach Bottorn Atomic Power Station 1993 Occupational Exposure Tabulation No.18. This correction will not chango the station total doso of 552 rom. However, due to a computer coding error, the doso attributed to ISl work was submitted in error; the attachod revised report shows the results of correcting this coding error.

This report is submitted in accordance with the Technical Specification section 0.9.1b, pursuant to the requiroments of 10 CFR 20.407. Also included on both tables is the total actual TLD dosage rocolved, it is requested that you use the actual readings in your NUREG-0713 report.
