NOTICE TO ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD OF WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION Public Service Electric and Gas Company on its own behalf, and as agent for Atlantic City Electric Company and' Jersey Central Power and Light Company, has this day filed with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission its notice of withdrawal of the application in the captioned proceeding.

ORDER On December 20, 1978, Public Service Electric and Gas Company on its own behalf, and as agent for Atlantic City Electric Company and Jersey Central Power t.nd Light Company, submitted its Notice to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board of Withdrawal of its Application for licensing i.1 the captioned proceeding, attached to which was the Notice of Withdrawal of Application and an accompanying press release.
In accordance with 10 C.F.R.
52.107, this matter comes within the jurisdiction of this Board.
Accordingly, it is ordered that this proceeding be and is hereby dismissed.
