Dear Mr. Schwencer:
of this letter contains supplenental information regarding our response to iten D.l(e) of Branch 'Ibchnical Position 9.5-1 provided in our April, 1977 Indian Point Fire Protection Program Rep 3rt. Enclosure 1 nodifies paragraph 8.31 of that Report. Enclosure 2 of this letter contains our implenentation schedule for all proposal modifications urder the Indian Point Unit No. 2 fire protection program, as requested by your staff.
In addition, based on discussions between members of our staffs, certain additional information is requirai to cmplete and clarify our previous responses to several staff positions. Enclosures 3 and 4 of this letter contain the additional information. Enclosure 4 nodifies certain information provided in Enclosure 3 of our Septanber 18, 1978 subnittal which was determined to contain 10 CFR 2.790 (d) information. Therefore, on the same basis, Con Edison requests that Enclosure 4 of this letter also be withheld frun public disclosure. In addition, we understand that in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790, Enclosure 4 will rot be placed in the Public Document Room and will receive limited distribution.
