Ser-17514 dated June 9, 1982 IE Bulletin 82-04, " Deficiencies in Primary Containment Electrical Penetration Assemblies," Action Item Sb(2) requires Consumers Power Company to (1) inspect the accessible portions of all installed assemblies; (2) remove and inspect a sample of penetration modules from the assemblies.
Reference 1 provided our initial 50.55(e) report concerning rodent damage to electrical penetration wiring and cables. Reference 2 provided an updated report on the rodent damage along with the proposed corrective actions.
- Also, additional deficiencies discovered during inspection of penetration assemblies were also reported in said reference. Reference 3 provided the final status on Consumers Power Company 50.55(e) report which provided the course and schedule of corrective action to be taken to resolve this problem, iiased on the inf ormation provided tu itef erence 3, we consider the action required by this bulletin to be complete.
