Dear Mr. Saltzm.in :
This is to report an incident which occurred at our Fort St.
Vrain Station at approximately 4:00 p.m. on November 29, 1978.
Due to an operating problem in the helium circulator auxiliary system, there was a minute release of radioactivity in the reactor building,
.the safety of the employees was not jeopardized and there was no measurable release to the atmosphere.
At no time was there any hazard to the public.
