Instructions are provided for entering the revised pages in the previous complete Security Plan revision.
These revisions incorporate changes reported in our letters of August 27, 1982 and December 10, 1982. We conclude that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Monticello Security Plan.
This revision to the Monticello Security Plan contains Safeguards Information as identified by the Commissien in 10 CFR Part 73.
The Security Plan revisions should not be made available for inspection, and not be placed in the public document room.
