Attached is the February 1994 Wastewater Report for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS), Unit Number 1, Permit Number 2IB00011*ED.

On February 24, 1994, the Outfall 001 pH vas 9.09 Standard Units (SU), exceeding the maximum daily limit of 9.00 SU.

A separate report explaining this incident was submitted to Mr. Robert Plotts of the Northwest District Office on March 1, 1994, as required.
