e Summary "THE CONTAINMENT VESSEL. INTEGRATED LEAK RATE AND STRUCIURAL INTEGRITY TEST" was initiated on September 23, 1982 and completed on September 28, 1982 in compliance with the McGuire FSAR and Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, 1

Part 50, Appendix J, which states that the containment vessel is subject to a test to assure that an acceptable upper limit of Icakage of radioactive material is not exceeded under design accident basis.

1 The vessel was initially pressurized up to 16.970 PSIG for the Structural Integrity Test. Pressure was then reduced to 15.0 PSIG and the Integrated Lenk Rate Test began on September 26, 1982 after a greater than 4 hour4.62963e-5 days
0.00111 hours
6.613757e-6 weeks
1.522e-6 months
stabilization period. The test result was evaluated acceptable on September 27, 1982 after a 36 hour4.166667e-4 days
0.01 hours
5.952381e-5 weeks
1.3698e-5 months
test run. The computer printout indicated:

The containment vessel leak rate = 0.0770901% per day 1

The containment vessel Icak rate upper limit = 0.0876706% per day The 95% upper confidence limit of the leakage rate was less than the acceptance criteria which is 0.15% per day.

The verification test to demonstrate the sensitivity and accuracy of test equipment attained an acceptable measured value of 0.3496252% per day.

Itased on the low value of the measured leakage rate compared with the acceptance criteria and the analysis of all graphical data, the Containment Vessel leak rate test for McGuire Nuclear Station Unit 2 was declared successfully completed I

and terminated on September 28, 1982. This test was conducted per test procedure TP/2/A/1200/29, Containment Initial Integrated Leak Rate Test and Structural Integrity Test, i
