J.L. Schrage to J.M. Taylor letter dated January 24,1994 Mr. Taylor, In Reference (1), Commonwealth Edison (CECO) submitted a response to the Diagnostic Evaluation Team (DET) Report for Quad Cities Station. CECO submitted l
additional information pertaining to the response in Reference (2).
As part of the Reference (1) response to the Quad Cities Station DET, CECO indicated that the 1993 Quad Cities Station Management Plan (dated September 17, 1993) was the framework for the improvement effort at Quad Cities Station. CECO provided a copy of the Management Plan as an Attachment to the DET response. CECO also indicated that the Management Plan was a "living" document, and as such, wou!d be augmented by mid-February 1994 to encompass DET issues. Specifically, CECO indicated that the planned augmentation of the Management Plan would ensure that: (1) the DET generic issues, as appropriate, are addressed; (2) all issues are' dispositioned by discrete, manageable action items, with scheduled completion dates; and (3) individaul managers are assigned responsibility and are held accountable for completing each action.
This latter transmits the February 14,1994 revision of the Quad Cities Station Managment Plan (Attachment). As with the previous version of the Management Plan, the current revision is a living document. CECO will continue to review and evaluate the Management Plan to identify potential enhancements. Future revisions of the Quad Cities Station Management Plan will be available at the station for review and evaluation.
