Section 1.7 of Appendix B to the referenced Inspection Report documented the District's plan to implement Tracking and Trending procedures for the Generic Letter 89-10 Motor Operated Valve (MOV) program at Cooper Nuclear Station by the end of 1993.
The District later informed the NRC that it instead planned to implement these Tracking and Trending procedures by March 1, 1994, in a telephone call to Mr. Jim Gagliardo of the NRC Region IV staff on December 29, 1993.
The reason for the delay involved the use of District resources to address higher priority items in the District's MOV

This letter is to report that, as of March 1, 1994, the District has l.
implemented the Generic Letter 89-10 MOV Tracking and Trending procedures.
Computer databases have been established and information inputting is proceeding for these Trending and Tracking efforts.
