This letter constitutes an interim report concerning the subject deficiency reported under the requirements of 10CFR50.55(e). Our last report on this matter was submitted on August 23, 1982.
Due to production fallback and factory shutdown until January 10, 1983, the replacement relays will not be received until January 21, 1983. The installation of these relays is scheduled to take four months. Unicas special permission is received, this installation will not commence until after the Show Cause Order and Order Immediately Suspending Construction for work in this area has been rescinded. Our next report on this matter will be submitted on June 15, 1983.
We trust the above will be found acceptable as an interim report under 10CFR50.55(e).
