dated March 10, 1986 Action:

DCP-2000 installed the steam supply line drain modification for the

' turbine driven auxiliary feedwater pump.

BV-2 Auxiliary Feedwater Water Hammer Events Resolution

Reference:

Routine Resident Inspection 50-412/92-20 Action:

DCP-2002 modified the feedwater system check valves (FWE-42A B,

43A & B, 44A & B) to minimize seat'and bonnet leakage and installed temporary instrumentation on the feedwater system to verify the effectiveness of the check valve modifications and assess any additional transient loadings.

The DCP was operationally accepted during the week of 11/01/93.

Safety Injection (SI) Input to Start the Steam Driven Auxiliary Feedwater Pump
