The attached Report Number NIS-1-00010 provides the Inservice Inspection (ISI) Summary report for the period ending with the sixth refueling outage (RF06) for Grand Gulf Nuclear Station (GGNS).
This report is provided in accordance with the requirements of ASME Section XI, Article IWA-6000, which is incorporated by reference into 10CFR50.55a(g).
Report Number NIS-1-00010 contains an overall summary of inservice inspections performed since June 10, 1992 to December 4, 1993 on the GGNS Unit 1 reactor pressure. vessel, piping, components, and component supports.
NIS-2 Forms, which provide information concerning ASME Section XI repairs and replacements, are also included.
All opon items identified in this report are listed on Pages 130 and 131.
The resolution of these items will be reported in NIS-1-00011 after RF07.
