Docket No. 50-148/78-01 Dear Mr. Madsen; I wish to reply to your letter of October 13, 1978, referring to the inspection conducted by Mr.
M.
W.
Dickerson on October 4-6, 1978.
It appears that the inspector found that an improper proceO/re was used to unload the reactor during our fuel inspection this past summer.
It appears that the procedure that was followed was one that had been approved May 10, 1974, instead of a revised procedure q
adopted December 12, 1975.
The earlier procedure has now been clearly labeled superseded which should avoid a further violation.
Full compliance has been achieved as of this date.
