Transmitted herein are five (5) copies of the Duane Arnold Energy Center's Security Project Schedule.
Following is a smmtary of the recent Security Project activities:
a) Sitewerk and fencing work is continuing as scheddled.
b) Security Hardware contract work has commenced and construction materials are presently being received at the site.
c) The Building Facility Contract construction work has commenced. Construction materials and shop drawings are presently being received.
As a result of negotiations referenced in Iowa
(" Electric's letter S78-369, our construction schedules for Security Hardware and the Building Facility has improved.
These schedule improvements are reflected in the attached documents. It is hoped that this information will be of assistance to you and if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
