Three Mile Island, Unit 1 Renewed Facility License No. DPR-50 NRC Docket No. 50-289 Three Mile Island Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 21 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (p)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exeron) is submitting Revision 21 to the Three Mile Island Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan.
Changes to this document were implemented on January 30, 2020. In accordance with 1 O CFR 50.54(p)(2),
Exelon is submitting these changes. within 60 days of implementation (i.e., no later than March 30, 2020).
The Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan have been revised to ac~ount for Revision 7.1, Section 21, "Compensatory Measures of NEI 03-12.
Exelon has concluded that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Three Mile Island Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingen.cy Plan.
Attachments 1 and 2 contain Safeguards Information. Therefore, Exelon requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 1 O CFR 2.390; "Public inspections~ exemptions, requests for withholding," paragraph (d)(1 ), and 1 O CFR 73.22, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Specific Requirements," paragraph (a)(1 )(i).
There are no commitments in this letter.
