9445 Middleford RD Seaford, 19973 Email: billmessmer@msn.com General Comment All though a proponent of Nuclear Energy, there comes a time when a plant just has to be closed down and its footprint cleaned up. Indian point is way past that point. If there is any way to build a new plant with a state of the art safety controls then I would be in favor of it. But the Indian point plant is no longer state of the art.
