SAFETY FIRST. Entergy is a large, well-funded, public company. It should not be allowed to sell off IP to any smaller, less experienced or less financially stable entity.

We could be stuck with a small, bankrupt empty shell. Then what? The local residents are exposed to the continuing dangers of the radioactive waste, the environment could be polluted further, and there'd be no funds to obtain to remediate.

The NRC has to make sure Indian Point stays in the hands of Entergy until all remediation is finished.

I remind the NRC that IP is right on a corridor to NYC. It should never have been built so close to so many people, but now we need to take care of the problem responsibly.
