Dear Mr. Yox:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding alleged discrimination by one of your contractors, Westinghouse, at Southern Nuclear Companys (SNC) Vogtle Units 3 and 4.
The NRC determined that there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that a contractor employed by Westinghouse at the Vogtle Nuclear Plant (Vogtle), was discriminated against for raising nuclear safety concerns. We plan no further action with regard to this matter.
