Enclosed for your information is a copy of the preliminary preservice inspection (PSI) documentation package for the Residual Heat Removal system, Loop "C",
(Isometric 03-16). The preservice examination plan for this system was previously submitted in our meeting with the staff on Alarch 9,1982. This submittal is provided as a sample documentation package, representative of the final documentation to be supplied to meet ASA1E Section XI base line piping examinations, if you have any questions, please let me know.
