This letter transmits, in part, our report entitled " Fire Protection Program Review for Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station in Response to Branch Tech-nical Position.9.5-1".
Six (6) copies are enclosed.
As discussed in Reference (2), this report is being sutr11tted to you in two parts. This first part (Sections 1, 2, and 3) includes PSC responses to the NRC's position on the BTP 9.5-1 (Appendix A) guidelines. Section 4, which is currently being developed, will be the fire hazards analysis for the station.
Section 4 will be submitted to you on or about November 15, 1978.
