CPPR-88, W.0. #57300 JOB E-5590 FILE G0. NRC-8, M-31 Gentlemen:

This letter constitutes a supplement to our final report, Q'A-1595, dated January 20, 1982, regarding the subject deficiency.

Our original report stated that qualified solenoid actuated valves would replace the existing unqualified valves in the Zimmer main steam relief valves.

Because of the NRC's "Show Cause and Order Immediately Suspending Work", the original scheduled completion date cannot be met. It is now expected that this work will be completed by June 30, 1983.

We trust the above will be found acceptable as a supplementary report under 10CFR50.55(e).
