OIE BULLETIN 82 STRESS CORROSION CRACKING IN THICK WALL, LARGE DIAMETER, STAINLESS STEEL, RECIRCULATION SYSTEM PIPING AT BWR PLANTS - BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT This letter documents telephone discussions with Floyd Cantrell of your staff on November 24, December 1, and December 2, 1982 regarding extension of the response deadline for the subject bulletin for the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant. As agreed to, the response to bulletin items 4.a, 4.b, and 4.c will be submitted December 10, 1982 and the response to items 1, 2, 3, and 4.d will be submitted January 12, 1983 Furthermore, we understand that the response due on December 10 is to be telecopied to Mr. Cantrell by noon of that day.
