Security Plan and Continaency Plan Revisions Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), Southern Nuclear Operating Company submits Revisions 25 and 26 to the FNP Security Plan, and Revision 4 to the FNP Contingency Plan. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), the signed original and three copies are being sent to the Document Control Desk, and two copies are being sent to the appropriate Regional Office.
The report specified by 10 CFR 50.54(p)is contained in enebsures to this letter. Each enclosure has several attachments, as listed on the next page.
Please note that the information contained in attachment 1 to each enclosure is safeguards information, and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
