Final Report on Fluctuation Testing - RT500 Gentlemen:
Amendinont 20 to the Facility Operating Licenso DPR-34 required that the results of the ilu :tuation testing program (RT-500) be submitted for NRC review.
The fluctuation testing reports for fuel Cycles 2 and 3 have been submitted in previous correspondence.
The report on the testing performed during fuel Cycle 4 is encloned as an Attachment to this letter.
With the permanent shutdown of the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station, public Service Company of Colorado considers the submittal of the attached report to be the last and final report on the fluctuation testing program in compliance with the 11censo conditions.
