.by letter from B. A. Wilson to 0. D. Kingsley, Jr., dated August 23, 1990.
-The NRC evaluation concluded that a violation occurred as stated in the original notice of violation dated April 26, 1990.
The violation response is provided as the enclosure and reflects that TVA's corrective actions are complete. This information is being sent by registered mall. The signed receipt significs that you have received this information and acknowledge that it contains safeguards material and should be withheld from public: disclosure as deffned by 10 CFR.73.21.-
