In accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification 3.3.3.1,.

Special Report No.90-006,. Unit.2 was. submitted'on July 2, 1990. -However, due to a typographical error, this report. incorrectly referenced R-60A l

instead of R-60C as being inoperable.;-The enclosed Revision:1.to Special Report 90-006 reflects the correct radiation monitor.

Radiation Monitor Inoperable For More Than Seven Days At 1730'on 06/15/90, radiation monitor R-600 (Main Steam Relief and

.l Atmospheric Steam Dump Discharge) was declared inoperable due to erroneous indication. Troubleshooting. isolated the problem to the detector which~1s accessible only during cold shutdown.

This monitor is scheduled to be repaired during the next outage of sufficient duration..

l Technical Specification 3.3.3.1 requires this monitor to be returned to

-l cperable status within 7 days or a Special Report must be submitted within the next 14 days. Therefore, this Special Report is being submitted.

All Technical Specification action statement requirements are being met for this radiation monitor.
