S 2.730 and through undersigned counsel, petitioner Miami Valley Power Project ("MVPP") hereby requests leave of the Commission to file the accompanying Reply to Applicants' and NRC Staff Responses to MVPP's Petition for Reconsideration.

MVPP seeks leave to file this Reply to respond to arguments raised by applicants in their Opposition to MVPP's Petition and to supplement its argument with additional documentary evidence released to MVPP's counsel under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C.
