Dear Mr. Haynes:
This letter completes our response to IE Bulletin 81-01 " Surveillance of Mechanical Snubbers" by providing supplemental information to our April 22, 1982 letter (S. L.
Daltroff, PECO to R. C. Haynes, NRC).
Complete information was not available at the time of our previous response.
The forty-eight (48) mechanical snubbers utilized on Peach Bottom Unit 2 are manufactured by Pacific Scientific Company and are comprised of the following model numbers:
