ENCIDSURE MIDLAND PROJECT QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT ORGANIZATION CHANGE Effective July 23, 1982, the Midland Project Quality Assurance Department was reorganized to provide for a =cre efficient utilization of project l
quality assurance resoures for the soils remedial work. The new j
organisation is shown in the Attachment.
A new position, the Site Quality Assurance Superintendent for Renedial Soils, has been created with responsibility for Quality Assurance Engineering and Quality Control aci;ivities. Reporting to the Superintendent are the Section Head, Quality Assurance Engineering and the Project Field Quality Control Engineer. The Quality Control function is an integrated organi-zation consisting of Bechtel and Consu=ers Power enployees.
This organization change vill be reflected in Revision 13 of Consumers i
Power Company's Topical Report, CPC-1-A, which vill be forwarded in the 4
near future.
