This letter constitutes a supplementary response to the subject Investigation Report.
It is our opinion that nothing in this letter is of a proprietary nature.
Our original response to the subject Report, QA-1632, dated February 24, 1982, stated that corrective actions to be taken to resolve certain cited deficiencies would be addressed through the Quality Confirmation Program (QCP) and this program was expected to be completed by July, 1982.
Since the original response was issued, the schedule for completion of the QCP tasks has been revised. The NRC will be kept advised of the status and schedule of the QCP by receipt of the QCP Monthly Status Report which is provided to the Senior Resident Inspector.
We trust the above will be found acceptable as a supplementary response to the subject report.
