On February 22, 1982 and March 18, 1982, respectively, the Coalition for Safe Power filed requests for hearings on the applications for construction permit extensions filed on behalf of the Permittee for WPPSS Nuclear Projects
- 1 and 2.
In both instances the NRC Staff and the Permittee filed Answers.
The Commission, however, ha's yet to acknowledge receipt of these petitions, to publish notices in the Federal Register, or to rule upon them. According-ly, we are, at this time, bringing to your attention the unresolved status of these matters.
Please advise our of fice of any future activity regarding the aforementioned petitions.
