O August 11, 1982 To: All Emergency Plan Holders From: Shoreham NPS Emergency Planning Task Force Subj ec t : Transmittal of Approved Procedures This memo transmits all recently approved Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures which will become effective on August 19, 1982. The following procedures are included:

CIP-1, Corporate Notifications CIP-2, Communications Equipment CIP-3, Emergency Operations Facility Activation CIP-4, Support Corporate Headquarters Activation CIP-10, Recovery lll CIP-12, CIP-16, Documentation and Recordkeeping Public Affairs Emergency Notification CIP-17, Emergency Communication Centers Activation CIP-21, Emergency Organization SP 69.030.01, Evacuations during an Emergency SP 69.030.02, Personnel Accountability Each of the above procedures shall be inserted in place of the pre-vious unapproved procedure as soon as possible to assure a complete and up-to-date set of Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures.

Additionally, three Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures have been deleted and shall be replaced with the informational pages

("LEFT BLANK FOR FUTURE EXPANSION") provided. The following procedures have been deleted:

CIP-ll, Administration CIP-22, Revision and Approval of Plans and Procedures CIP-23, Distribution of Plans and Procedures Thank you for your cooperation.
