Docket Nos. 50-352 and 50-353 Gentlemen:
Pursuant to my letter dated September 1, 1982, I am enclosing a copy of " Applicant's Supplemental Responses to
' Interrogatories of Del-Aware Unlimited, Inc. Addressed to Applicant Philadelphia Electric Company,'" including the signed verification page.
In order to meet the Board's deadline of September 1, 1982, for hand delivery to Del-Aware and the Staff, the answers were typed in Philadelphia for service upon Del-Aware and retyped in Washington for service upon the Staff.
Due to minor typographical errors, there were some inconsistencies between the two sets.
The enclosed document is a copy of the set served on Del-Aware on September 1, 1982 with the exception of the response to Interrogatory 17b.
In this response, the typist inadvertently omitted the last sentence.
Therefore, in order to assist all parties, we have reproduced the entire document for substitution.
