MOTION TO REDESIGNATE LEAD INTERVENORS Sunflower Alliance Inc. moves this Honorable Board for its order recognizing the agreement between Intervenors as to Lead Intervenor.
Pursuant to a previous order of this Board, the Intervenors may by agreement redesignate Lead Intervenors and the Board may approve such agreement. Sunflower and OCRE have on September 1, 1982 agreed to the following changes in Lead Intervenor roles. OCRE shall be.. Lead Intervenor on issues 4,6 and 8. Sunflower shall be Lead Intervenor on issues 1,3 and 11. The Lead Intervenor status on the remaining contentions shall remain the same.
Wherefore, Sunflower requests approval of the Board for these changes.
