Indicate how this information was incorporated into the Evacuation Study, Appendix D of Appendix 13A of the FSAR.

Attached is a list of all visits by PRC Voorhees staff to the Perry Nuclear Power Plant site or the surrounding area.

These visits were made in the course of developing the time estimate study and the county emergency response plans. It is not possible from available records to determine as to each indivi-dual trip which locations were visited, the applicable itinerary or agenda, or the individual findings and conclusions. However, all roads in the relevant area were surveyed. The findings made during these trips were incorporated into the time estimate study in determining the evacuation routes and their respective capacities.

The job titles of the identified PRC Voorhees staff are as follows:

Edward Plank, Transportation Planner; James Watt, Senior Associate Engineer; Dick Tanczos, Senior Associate Engineer; John Thompson, Senior Associate Engineer; Brent Ogden, Associate; Donald Capelle, President; David Schoppert, Senior Vice President; Peter Polk, Senior Associate; Andrew Kanen, Vice President; Walter Kulash, Principal.
