Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) has reviewed Draft Regulatory Guides DG-1023, " Evaluation of Reactor Pressure Vessels with Charpy Upper Shelf Energy Less than 50 Ft-Lb," and DG-1025, " Calculational and Dosimetry Methods for Detennining Pressure Vessel Fluence," published in the Federal R.cgister on October 1,1993. In accordance with the request for comments, Southern Nuclear Operating Company is in total agreement with the NUMARC comments which are to be provided to the NRC.
